ELearning for Health education professionals

Yesterday I facilitated a workshop on technology enhanced learning for health and education professionals. This group of professionals were very interested in the potentials of using technology both from a bigger picture perspective (the trends, challenges and opportunities) and also interested in technology from pragmatic perspective, how they could use technology in educational contexts.

Pertinent concerns arising from the workshop were: quality of information sourcing/information literacy, digital literacy, ability of ‘all’ people to participate in this digital environment, are people who can’t use technology being marginalised further in society?

Interesting points to consider as on their MSc in Leadership in Health Professions Education learning journey
